the fabric and trim! how could you resist? I woudl have bought it ALL!
also, the picture of Zorba is great!
I'm laughing because we did say that Mortimer's Mom would LOVE Marburger. Love the pic of my girl! I wish I could look so good after braving the Texas heat.
I did go back and buy some of that trim. She was really sweet, the woman that owns it. She gave Zorba a baggy of pretty, pink velvet ribbon. I'll probably end of stealing it from her.
One good tip I got from her was to dye your own little dangly pom pom trim thingamajiggies. I don't know what they are called. She dyes them from white to the prettiest colors I've ever seen.

I love white dishes, I collect old Christmas ornaments, and I want those old dinning chair for a table I got from the side of the road in Tennessee! I love flea markets better than anything...I wish we lived where ever you all do! Have a great Sunday!

Posted by: lisa at October 8, 2007 1:14 AMYou really are photographers! The pics are great.
Posted by: ines at October 8, 2007 1:52 PMI seriously hope you bought me a bag of that gorgeous trim, a large selection of those Christmas ornaments and that you lugged that fabulous chair with the curved arms home on the airplane so I could put it in my living room. If not, why are you torturing me with these pictures?!?!
Posted by: toni at October 8, 2007 10:51 PMCollection pictures! I love pictures like these. I wish I had taken more photos. I should have tried for the rows and rows of giant pies and the mirror tree in Canton. Oh well.
It looks like you had fun on the rest of your journey.
