I am obsessed with taking photos of food. It seems to serve no reasonable purpose, but I still take the shots. What to do with them? Post when I am too tired to think of anything to say.
Just be thankful I'm not posting the menus...

Posted by: Jenn at November 27, 2007 10:48 AMHey, I love taking pictures of food, too! So often, food is part of the event, be it a party, a celebration, a meal out with friends, a holiday. People want to know, "What did you eat?"
My daughter went to Norway this summer and did the same thing, took photos of her food when they went out. Her friend's dad asked, "Do you always photograph your food?" Which makes her (well, us) seem unusual--but when you're eating something new and you have your camera, why not "take a picture... it will last longer!" Then you'll be better able to remember and share the experience with others.

However, what's wrong with taking pics of your food? It's a great way to remember a trip
